Item Pick-Up & Delivery Information
· Once a successful bidder has been contacted by our call back team to be informed that they indeed were the winning bidder, items will be available for pick-up at KW Habilitation, 99 Ottawa Street South, Kitchener. Call backs will happen on March 16th, after the auction concludes.
· Pick up times for Curbside Pickup/Drive-Thru will be given at the time of callbacks. Pick-ups will be on Saturday, March 16th from 5pm until 9 pm. If needed additional pick-ups will be on Sunday, March 17th from 10 am until 12 pm. When coming to pick up your items we ask you to please enter from 108 Sydney Street as we cannot block Ottawa Street due to the Ion rail. Ottawa Street will be the exit for our pickups.
· Deliveries are available and can be arranged for those residing within the cities of Kitchener or Waterloo. A $25 delivery charge will apply to these local deliveries. Any delivery beyond Kitchener-Waterloo, additional delivery charges will apply. Deliveries will be made Saturday and Sunday - someone must be home to accept delivery.
· Visa, MasterCard & Debit and Cash will be accepted at pick up location ONLY. Delivery payments terms are cash or personal cheque (with driver's license) - postdated cheques not accepted upon delivery. Delivery payments by Visa or MasterCard may also be arranged during call back confirmation.
This year we are proud to partner with the Waterloo Region Food Bank during our Pick Up & Delivery. We invite everyone, to donate non perishable food items during our pick up times. Winning bidders, auction participants, friends, family and neighbours. Food Bank boxes and bags will be on site at 99 Ottawa Street South for you to help our community.
